Growing up in Chakia, the best food was always the food you couldn't take a picture of before it disappeared - hurried, hand-mixed, gone in a queue of elbows. We wanted to keep that energy but fix the parts that held it back: hygiene, consistency, and a look that matched how good it actually tasted.
The dispenser was the first fix. The franchise model was the second - a way to bring the same experience to a hundred cities without losing what made it special.
